The Jewell Court buildings are part of the historic Frank Jones Brewery complex and were built in the 1800s. The buildings were most recently used by the city of Portsmouth, NH Public Works Department.
This redevelopment converted the space for use by hi-tech ventures and involved the insertion of additional floors, elevators, and complex communications cabling systems while preserving the integrity and character of the original building.
