This sequence is an example of our role in shaping your project. We can perform all of these services or any combination of them, depending on your needs and the scope of your project.

We will work with you to outline a schedule of work and the fees associated with each phase of project.

Preliminary Design Phase

  • Discussion – define the vision & scope of the project
  • Conceptual / sketch phase – refine vision & scope
  • Preliminary plans & elevations
  • Code, zoning, and regulation research

Construction Drawings Phase

  • CAD drawings
  • Construction specifications & materials selections
  • Coordination with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building contractors & vendors
  • Revisions to drawings based on cost, contractor feedback &/or permitting

Construction Phase (A or B)
